pupils with General awards in Standard Grade Biology and to provide a course
for pupils who have previously studied Chemistry, Physics or Science.
- Unit 1 Living Cells
-
Unit 2 Environmental Biology and Genetics
-
Unit 3 Animal Physiology
Assessment 1
Unit assessment – internally assessed.
Each unit has three learning outcomes :

-
2 Problem Solving (PS)
-
3 Practical Abilities
Outcomes 1 and 2 are assessed internally by End of Unit Tests (Nabs tests).
