Anne McGuire Visit

Anne McGuire, MP, visited the school on Friday 6th November to speak with S4 pupils on the life and work of an MP, as part of their Standard Grade Modern Studies course. Anne McGuire outlined what the role of an MP entails and pupils were given the opportunity to ask questions about her lifestyle whilst working in the House of Commons, the demands of constituency work and her opinions on current political, social and international issues.
