Emergency Closures
Occasionally factors outwith the control of the school necessitate closure
during
normal hours (e.g. Winter storms). If this arises the school will ensure the
safety
and well-being of pupils. Pupils will be allowed home provided the school is
ensured that reception by parents, relatives or neighbours is possible. Where
this
is not possible pupils will be kept in school under supervision until the end of
the
school day.
Emergency Contacts
Parents are asked to ensure that the school is provided with an up-to-date
“Emergency Contact Person” with name, address and telephone number.
