Dress Code

Following on from extensive consultation with pupils and year group pupil
councils the DRESS CODE for the school is being updated.
The School colours will be blue, black and white.
All pupils must dress in full conformity with this code.
School approved dress comprises :
- Black plain school skirt or trousers
- White school shirt/blouse with full collar.
- Black sweatshirt or jumper
- New School Tie with House colour identification and school
badge. (S1 – S4)
- New Senior Tie (S5 – S6)
- Black shoes/Black trainers

There should be no clothing that does not meet this code. This means no jeans,
denim jackets, tracksuit trousers/tops, leather jackets or coats or dress
related to football clubs or rock/pop fashion or cultwear.
It should be noted that existing Navy Blue Sweatshirts will continue to be
acceptable until they require to be replaced.

All pupils must wear the school ties with the school identification
badge and house colours at all times.
