S3 Examinations
The S3 exams will commence this week and run for the next 3, with pupils
completing assessments during actual class time. Pupils will be informed by
staff when exams will take place and should revise appropriately at home in
preparation.
PSA Prize Draw
The PSA Prize Draw took place recently. The winners were Mrs Ashton and Mrs
Stevenson who both received £50.

Retirement Night
To mark the departure of Margaret Macdonald after 28½ years service, a
dinner will be held at Stirling Golf Club on Thursday 1st April 2010. All
former staff are warmly welcome and should contact Yvonne Nicol in the
office as soon as possible to request a place.
Bi – Election Scottish Youth Parliament
Aime Jaffray (S5) will be standing as a candidate in the forthcoming
bi-election to the Scottish Youth Parliament. We are hopeful that you will
encourage and support Aime in her bid for election success. If you are

Senior Football
Congratulations to the senior team who won 2-1 against Stirling High last
week. Goals were scored by Malcolm Brown and Ali Brown. Man of the match was
Ross McGeachie.
S3 Football
Congratulations to the S3 boys football team who won 8-0 against Alloa
Academy in the cup. Goals were scored by Jamal Farid, Connor Doneghan, Gary
Conway and man of the match was Jonny Murphy who scored 5 goals. Well done
to all the boys who took part.
