Rectors Newsletter
The Rectors first newsletter of the session was issued last week. In it he
outlined plans for HPV Immunisation, information regarding the catering
service provided by Stirling Council, the progress of the school
refurbishment, staffing changes for the year ahead and an up to date
calendar for the session, including school closure days and parents
evenings. There was also important information regarding notification of
childhood illness, with regard to measles, chickenpox and shingles. A copy
of the newsletter can be obtained from the school office.
New Cashless System
All pupils were issued with information last week regarding the new Cashless
system that will operate in our dining facilities after the October holiday
week. This new system uses Biometric Fingerscans instead of the swipe card.
Should parents or carers have any questions regarding this, please contact
either Mr McAlpine or Mr Wylie.
School Photographs
There will be a lot of smiling in the staffroom tomorrow as every pupil in
S1, S3, S5/6 has their picture taken by the school photographer. Photos will
hopefully be available prior to the October holiday.
School Show - ‘Grease’
Rehearsals began this week for the forthcoming production of ‘Grease’, which
will take place in the school on December 8th & 9th.
Extra Curricular Clubs
All extra curricular clubs are up and running. Every pupil has a copy of the
timetable, please come along and join in the fun.
