Italy Ski Trip
On Saturday a group of 30 pupils and 4 staff set of for Pila in the Aosta
Valley for a week’s skiing. A full report on their return.
Charities Week
This week sees the Charities Committee holding a series of fundraising
events for local charities. These include a staff versus seniors. “Family
Fortunes”, Film Club, “Gunge a Teacher”, Gulliver’s Giants, Jukebox in the
Social Area, Guess the Number of Sweets in the Jar and a Non-uniform Day on
Thursday. Full details after the holiday.
Easter Assembly
This special event will take place on Thursday
afternoon when the focus will be hope for future.
Easter Holidays
With Friday being an in-service day for staff, the Easter Holidays for
pupils begin at 3.35 and tomorrow (Thursday). School re-opens for the Summer
Term on Monday 20 April.
S4 Careers Event
A special careers event took place in school yesterday for pupils
considering a career in Construction, Hospitability, Healthcare, Motor
Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and the Armed Forces. Representatives from
Forth Valley College as well as various trades and professions handled
questions from pupils and explained how to go about progressing their
ambitions.
