Medical Appointments
If your child has a medical appointment then they should bring their
Appointment card to the School Medical Attendant - Mrs Duncan, who will issue a
'Green Slip' for the pupil to show to their teacher. The 'Green Slip' is
signed by the last teacher the pupil sees before the appointment and the first
one when they return. The 'Green Slip' is returned to the Tutor Group
teacher the next morning.
If no appointment card is produced Mrs Duncan may contact the Parent or the
surgery to confirm the appointment. If a pupil is late to school and no
'Green Slip' has been issued then a note will be required from the Parent /
Carer.
